This was from the Rancho Santa Fe Garden Tour that I mentioned in my last post. We had a very successful day selling all sorts of our popular sweets.
And here are some close ups of some of the items we sold.
The Chocolate Chip Cookie Jars are always a huge hit! They make really “sweet” gifts.
And I had to show you a soon-to-be menu addition – Passionfruit Bars….They are SO delicious and got rave reviews at the Tour so I have decided to add them to my menu.
And then we did an event with San Diego Magazine and Ted Baker at Fashion Valley. Sweet Lydia’s did all of the desserts for a VIP shopping night. See the pic below for some of the desserts we served.
Fresh Mint and Lavender Shortbread, Mini Meyer Lemon Meringue Bars, Vanilla Bean Macarons, and Rose Water Macarons.
And the rest of the pictures are sure to make you drool…they are all from small weekly orders that I would love to make again and customize to your needs.

Any thoughts on adding this to my menu? Would you order it? 2 layers of rich chocolate cake and a center filling of milk chocolate peanut butter mousse, a crunchy layer of chocolate and peanut butter and decorated with candied sherry peanuts…
A different version of the Red Velvet Cake. The ruffled look can be added to any cake flavor – such a festive look.
And finally, a Meyer Lemon Meringue with Organic Raspberry Tart. One of my favorite things to serve for dessert over the summer.
